Press release announcing CMA 8
SUPPLY CHAIN TRACKING (SCT) TECHNOLOGY LTD RELEASES NEW SENSOR BASED SHIPMENT TRACKING SOLUTION FOR MILITARY LOGISTICS. London, England, 12TH February 2018. SCT – an international RFID system provider – today announced the release of a new shipment tracking solution for military logistics. CMA 8 provides in-transit visibility of RFID and GPS-tagged shipments moving through the supply chain. Shipment tracking means the operational commander can accurately plan on when mission-essential equipment will arrive and CMA enables the re-direction and re-prioritisation of in-transit shipments as necessary. Building upon earlier generations of CMA provided to NATO and allied nations, CMA 8 exploits GPS data to map shipment locations and provides dramatically improved reporting with a configurable dashboard to provide users with an overview of what is where. Built to the latest GS1 and NATO standardisation regulations, CMA 8 provides fully interoperable, multi-national nested visibility of shipments moving along national or coalition supply chains. SCT helps make getting the Right Kit to the Right Place at the Right Time a reality! For more information, contact SCT at info@sct-technology.com
